"We had a confirmation but when we called the hotel just prior to arriving they told us they did not have a room for us. We had to call their corporate office and your number in order for them to give us a room. The hotel was very dirty and the service was non-existant. We would not consider staying there again nor using your service since we had to spend about 1/2 hour on the phone just to get a room we had already paid for. I would suggest that you remove them from your listing of hotels."
